Not worth the price even getting them for free

Probably the worst pair of ear buds ive used. The sound quality is ok, but not near good enough for the price. The controls will not work if you have any type of gloves on. The app sorta works when it wants to. If these werent free with my phone purchase id be returning them. Do yourself a favor, get the pros (which are stupidly priced as well) or get a pair of skullcandys for half the price, with a better app, better continuous connectivity, button and verbal comands that work regardless of what youre wearing or the environment youre in and better battery life. About the only thing the Buds3 do better is ANC works with one headphone or two where as other brands ive used require you to be using both buds for ANC to work. Other than that, way to expensive for a cheap feeling and poor performing overall headphone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Comfortable, great sound, and effortless to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds stand out by blending comfort, clean sound, and smart AI enhancements into a simple, dependable package. The fit is secure without creating pressure, making them easy to wear for long periods. Audio is clear and balanced, with crisp highs, natural mids, and bass that feels present without overwhelming the mix.
Their AI-driven features add real value. Machine-learning voice isolation keeps calls clear even in noisy settings, and when paired with a compatible Samsung device, they support Galaxy AI functions like real-time translation and smarter voice interactions. These additions make everyday use smoother without feeling gimmicky.
Connection is quick and stable, switching between devices without fuss. Noise reduction offers enough isolation to stay focused, and the touch controls respond cleanly without requiring effort. Battery life easily covers daily use, and everything operates quietly and reliably in the background.
Overall, these earbuds combine comfort, sound quality, and practical AI features in a way that feels natural, making them an easy choice for everyday listening.

Super.long life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these buds for about a year. I have never had ear buds that have the combination of incredible sound reproduction and long battery life. I use them at least 10 hours a day for everything from basic calls, teams meetings, tablet and anything else I can connect them to. Some of my Galaxy AI conversations have been great with these! I an not typically very kind to my devices and these have been regularly mistreated however they still look and perform as good as the day of purchase.

I use another brand a work and if I adjust them in my ear it will disconnect call everytime. You have no worries with this one and the Samsung phone matches them.
