The file cabinet is lovely great for office work. sturdy and love that it locks all the drawers and is deep and long enough to fit all my paper work into.

I picked this filing cabinet because of the depth and it also seemed sturdy. When I took it out of the box I opened the drawers to ensure they worked properly. The top drawer would not close. After about 10 minutes I took the drawer out. It wouldn't close because the roller on the left side was not installed completely. The back end of it was just dangling there. I was able to put it together and the drawer shut. However the cabinet itself is not square so the drawer sort of closes crooked. The top right side is welded together crooked. I debated bringing it back but I do not have the time.

I am very happy with the file cabinet. However called your toll free number and suggested that your packaging be better. There were two small dents on the right side of the file cabinet.
