This 4 drawer file cabinet is exactly what I expected. The first one delivered had a dent so I sent it back no problem just put it in the box and they picked it up--delivered the new one at the same time (all within a week of my ordering it). Overall it's what I wanted some place for documents.

it does what I need it to do . . . it holds paper files . . . the drawers do not bind . . . it works!

Perfect for organizing all files. I like the fact that all drawers lock. Plenty of space for filing in each drawer.
