The innovative file backing frames took a bit to figure out but are more certain than the old system. I also oiled the locking mechanisms on the file doors to be sure they will continue to work smoothly. Otherwise all is fine.

The store staff was courteous and extremely helpful I like the file cabinet very much. I ordered the same cabinet in black online but it still has not been delivered!

Top drawer is difficult to close and once shut will not latch. Found broken spring in bottom of drawer. Box banged up when delivered and there is a dent on one side of the filing cabinet. I am not happy with this filing cabinet.

My home's lower level has become an office and needed a file cabinet that will last a long time. I'm glad to have purchased the 4-drawer because it's strong spacious and it came with keys. Highly recommended!

It came quickly and without issues. Drawers fully pull out and fits hanging files nicely.

After doing many searches over several days I found this and bought it. It's just what I wanted for the price I was looking for (with the discount). It's deep enough but doesn't take up a lot of room and the price was right.

The file cabinet is great. No tipping over as some do.
