Came with what seems to be the usual big dent. This time it was on the bottom back corner so it did not impede functioning but looked like somebody just dropped it on the corner of the box. All four drawers do lock but it's a bit touchy. It was a good price for an ok cabinet.

Although no Setup needed just a matter of cutting the cardbox. However for a commercial quality product I would expect more. The drawers sides are not straight and hanging folders would only fit sideways. The sliding panel used to hold the folders in place when drawer is not full is hard to slide or sit in the designated holes.

The back was dented at the bottom about a foot high. I knew that was a possibility but hoped that would not happen. I decided to keep it to spare myself the hustle of returning. I have seen other reviews stating similar experiences. I think cardboard stiffeners on all four corners running the height of the cabinet will lessen this kind of damage. I give you 3 stars
