Consider handling customer requests.

Only negative was that I twice requested the new lock match my other Staples cabinet lock #w612. I was willing to pay extra and install myself if necessary. I would think this would be an easy request to fullfill. It wasn't and the request appeared to be something that was not worthwhile to for them to consider.

Was priced lower than one beside it of lesser quality. [...] Am quite pleased with the cabinet just what I've needed for months after major move for sorting and storing files a fine addition to my study.

Adequate Filing Cabinet

This item has considerable amount of storage but definitely has a lower quality feel to it. The metal that was used is thin and would easily dent if not treated very gingerly. A higher grade of steel would be better.

Purchased as gift for my 90 year old mother who is trying to organize all of the legal paperwork following my father's recent death. PERFECT for her needs. [...] OUTSTANDING service for which I am so very grateful. Thank you.
