Unhappy

When product was delivered on 30 Jan box was undamaged. After opening and examing cabinet had been damaged before packing but was still shipped. When I called the 800 number I was assured a replacement would be out the next day. 31 Jan--6:30PM No replacement has arrived. I called the 800 number and was told it did not make the truck but would be here on 1 Feb. I asked when I was going to be called about this change and was told I should have been. So much Staples Customer Service Department.

Luckily I have found many items at Staples that I needed since I moved. I down sized apartment wise and you can't beat the prices. I have been lucky enough to get my items on sale which makes it even nicer.

2Drawer Legal Size File Cabinet Vertical
on January 24, 2012

This is the second 2drawer file cabinet I have purchased and just LOVE this one from Staples. It has very nice metal quality as opposed to the non-Staples one I bought previously. The drawers "catch" and require pushing a button to open which the other file did not have. The handles on the Staples file cabinet were already installed as opposed to the "other" one I bought where the handles had to be installed and did not "fit" correctly so they are loose. This Staples file cabinet is just head and shoulders above the other one and at about the same price. If you are in the market for a file like this one I would strongly recommend it.

Not as expected

Originally received 4 drawer instead of five. Had to wait another day for correct item and when I open box was dented on the side even no physical damaged to box. Flimsy workmanship kept it only because I was offered a discount. Will not purchase again.

Awesome Filing Cabinet

Very satisified w/ Staples Four drawer vertical file. The hon and other brands were inferior. In materials and quality. The Staples Filing Cabinet is awesome. The delivery team unboxed it checked it and placed it. Making sure that it was all that was expected. I previously had one delivered by another company and it came w/ 4 dents and the driver didnt' want to unbox the filing cabinet. This is a superior product compared to all that I looked at in the $200.00 range.

Sturdy file cabinet

I looked at other brand name 2 drawer file cabinets in store and they were either not deep enough had flimsy drawers or did not have ball bearing slides. This one had everything I was looking for. Staples 2 biz day shipping was nice. The item was lighter than I thought it would be so it was easy for me to lift out of the box and place in my office.
