Strong attractive cabinet
on February 7, 2013

I have the four drawers of this cabinet filled with heavy magnetic sheets mounted on cardboard each holding metal craft dies. I have nearly 900 sets of dies so the weight in each drawer is substantial. So far there are fifty hanging folders in each drawer but the top drawer is the only one where all 50 folders are full. The cabinet has held up to this hasn't tipped hasn't collapsed yet so I'm happy. And the price was right. The guy who delivered it the day after I ordered was wonderful and helped me strip off the packing to check for dents. The cabinet was in perfect shape. I looked at a LOT of file cabinets before I selected this one and I made the right choice.

GOOD PRODUCT DELIVERED DAMAGED
on February 2, 2013
Posted by: Paula K.
I'VE PURCHASED STAPLES FILE CABINETS BEFORE AND WAS ALWAYS SATISFIED. MOST RECENT CABINET WAS DELIVERED IN DAMAGED CONDITION. LOOKS LIKE IT HAD FALLEN OFF DELIVERY TRUCK. DRIVERS REFUSED TO TAKE CABINET OUT OF CARTON SO WERE UNABLE TO CHECK ITS CONDITION IMMEDIATELY. CABINET IS CRUMPLED AT LEFT FRONT BOTTOM & LEFT SIDE IS BOWED. LEFT FRONT TOP IS ALSO BENT. CARTON & CABINET ARE DAMAGED IN SAME AREA SO DAMAGE WAS FROM HANDLING NOT MANUFACTURING I WOULD LIKE A RESPONSE PLEASE.
