Great product and great service!

I had been putting off buying a much-needed legal size vertical file cabinet for use at home because those I found were just too expensive. So I was delighted to find a reasonably-priced file cabinet at Staples that became even more of a deal thanks to being able to use my Staples' bonus points! This file cabinet is exactly what I was looking for and has enabled me to "organize" my home office and turn piles of clutter into maximum organization. Plus what could be better than next day free home delivery especially of such a big bulky item! Staples' free next day delivery is terrific and something I will continue to utilize. WAY TO GO STAPLES!

Damaged

Straight out of the box it was already damaged. It looks like it was dropped. There was damage to one side in the back. Did not impede functionality but it was a brand new item.

Love it. Drawers move freely.

This cabinet holds a lot of paperwork and helps to free up space in my workroom. I like the locking feature for when I am away from home. The drawers slide smoothly and the opening lever is large for grasping with one hand. I shopped around and found Staples price to be the best.

Perfect for my office needs!

Easy to order and pick up at MY convenience or get it delivered. Color matches old file cabinets in office. Easy to move and put in place. Lock works well. Looks nice and doesn't distract in small office space. Perfect size for office. I shopped around and this was the best value for the price. They even took a coupon for percentage off that I had. I love working with Staples for all of my office needs. I work for a non-profit so price is important and they always give me the no-tax rate for my non-profit.

Well satisfied.

We especially liked the black finish on this cabinet. It looks more updated than our old cabinet. It is sturdy and appears to be well-built. It had a slight dent at the bottom when we took it out of the carton and we assume it had been dropped but there was not enough damage that we felt we needed to return it. My husband was able to smooth it out to his satisfaction with a rubber mallet. We liked the smooth glide of the drawers and the fact that we can use standard-sized folders. The all-drawer locking system is an added bonus.
