Good product terrible service

Delivery service was a disaster. It was promised before 5PM. It arrived closer to 7PM. They did not ring bell to tell us about arrival. They did not deliver to front door but left it 50 feet away. We are seniors and had a difficult time getting it to the front door. We ha d to hire someone to help us.

Good quality

Shopping for filing cabinets for a while this is about as good of a price & construction as I've found. Metal is lightweight which makes it seem slightly flimsy but it works just fine lock works well. it is lightweight enough where I could just carry it up the stairs on my shoulder which is why I thought it was flimsy but in reality it works just fine. 26 1/2" depth is a little decieving as you cannot fit files all the way to back and still easily access them. Overall I'm satisfied with the cabinet.

undecided (dent & blue inserts)

I am undecided at this point if I will keep the cabinet. I've written to support this weekend and will see what they say. Basically I like the cabinet but it came with a dent (believe it was back in manufacturing since it was painted over) and really hate the blue card inserts in the front of the cabinet. Everything else is black and gray so why would they put light blue card inserts in front? The blue doesn't match anything else in my office.

Good file cabinet

Sturdy file cabinet replaces a cheaply constructed wood cabinet. So far no complaint other than it tipping over when the drawers are pulled out all the way.
