Damaged Drawer
on June 14, 2014

This is the second time I have ordered this cabinet. The first delivery was 2 weeks ago and it had serious damage to it. A new cabinet was delivered a week later damaged. I am very disappointed. All my files are on the flow as my office recently moved to a new location. Finding patient's chart is very tedious. I feel frustrated. Too much time wasted on delivering and re-delivering. Waiting for another cabinet. Don't know if I should request a refund and purchase from another store. Not a happy customer.

I have three of these filing cabinets in my office and they are just perfect for all of my filing. The drawers slide easily and they look great. This file cabinet is a great bang for your buck. Every time I need a new cabinet I will reorder this one.

Damaged drawer

This drawer came in damaged. I was hoping for a faster delivery from staples based on your advertisement. However it took 4 days to be delivered and it was seriously damaged. Probably from being mishandled by the deliver person. The disappointing part is that the replacement was not being treated as urgent. They told me that it would take a week for me to receive a replacement because of the truck schedule. I was given $50 in coupon for the inconvenience but I would have rather have my cabinet sooner because my office is in disarray.

I have been trying to find a two drawer locking file cabinet and when I saw it on the Staples site I jumped on it and it was delivered the very next day! The lock works great and the cabinet came equipped with everything I needed. The size and color are exactly what I wanted and it fit exactly where I needed it. Staples also provides great coupons and rewards. I will always shop at Staples. Office cleaning coffee home everything I need is on the one stop shop at Staples.com. Always shop there!

Locking Black File Cabinet
on May 29, 2014

I was in need of a locking file cabinet and wanted something that was well made. I found the Staples 2 drawer cabinet on their website and ordered it. The NEXT day it arrived at my door! It was packaged perfectly and when I cut the cardboard off it was ready to go. I was a bit nervous about having this delivered as it is metal and could be dented during shipping but it was in perfect condition. The lock works well and feels well made. I would definitely order this again and would recommend this to a friend.
