An excellent file cabinet

Well made. Extremely sturdy. The sides of the drawers are high so I won't have to buy a hanging file frame--I can use the drawer sides themselves. Delivery was prompt and the cabinet was packed so it couldn't be damaged in transit. The price was quite reasonable. I'm pleased and surprised because my local Staples store is really unimpressive especially from a customer service standpoint. The employees don't seem interested in helping potential customers. I ordered this filing cabinet without using them. They actually had one in stock but it was damaged. Besides that it was locked and they'd lost the key.

JUST THE RIGHT SIZE

Needed for legal size files to be stored in our office. The filing cabinet fits perfectly in the available space we needed to fill and looks great too. Very satisfied with purchase of the product.

The locking file cabinet is well built and came with all the features and accessories that I needed to secure important PHI information for my clients. This security is required for my line of business so I made my choice based on my desire to protect the security of my clients info. I chose the larger cabinet for expanding customer needs.

Sturdy product

This file cabinet was purchased by my husband for me to help me store and organize my mails and important documents. The construction was good.. It is sturdy and can hold up some heavy stuff i placed inside.

This file cabinet is everything I dreamed and so much more! All my files are no longer laying around on the floor like drunken sailors. Everything has a place and there is a place for everything. The cabinet is metal . The cabinet is black. The cabinet is sexy.

The file cabinet was delivered on the date that was listed in my emails. The gentleman who delivered it brought it into my house and placed it where I requested it to be placed. After he left I examined the box that it was shipped in an noticed a small dent on the bottom of the box. I opened it very carefully and took it out of the box very carefully. I examined the file cabinet where the dent was on the box and found no damage to the cabinet at all. I finally got it placed in the proper position for my house and was very pleased with the product. I can't wait to get my files transferred out of their boxes and into the file cabinet. I just hope I don't run out of room before I run out of files.

it was damaged

I got the pieces and I open it up but the problem with this item it had a dent on the left side of 1 drawer. we try to pull it back a little it to hard and we don't want to damage it more then it already is. In the near future you guy have to be more care with the shipping. It not fair to pay full price for an item that is damaged. I didn't want to return because it such a hassle and we need this item. Have to be careful. I will probably not but any office furniture from here any more. I don't have to worry if the item comes damaged and then wait for another day or week to get a new one. NOT HAPPY
