I like: the paint coating; the drawer slides; the galvanized coating inside the drawers; the in box packing. I dislike: the instructions there were none for " how to remove the drawers". I got help and tested the clips on the side for a one-up one-down to remove the drawer.

This is a great 2 drawer file cabinet. It's low enough to be placed under a window and it's low enough so that it doesn't tip over. The drawers open/close smoothly and the locks work fine too.

I have been looking for a 4 drawer filing cabinet and ran accross this item on staples website. It was exactly what I have been looking for and the price was well within my budget. I also had a 25% off coupon and free delivery. I purchased this item ASAP. The file cabinet was delivered well before I thought. The packaging used was right on so the filing cabinet would not get banged up and dented while being shipped. Once the cardboard foam and plastic surround was all removed there stood 1 perfect filing cabinet. I placed the cabinet and it fit perfect so the measurement was very accurate. This cabinet is well built and had everything I needed including a key locking system. I recommend this product for everyone interested in a filing cabinet. You won't be disappointed. We needed a smaller file unit but still with 2 drawers and made of good enough construction that it would take some daily work without damaging the works. This is very well made and finished inside and out so rust-staining from the bottom and not-quite finished corners and edges are not even a consideration. This fits well into the small space that we had and it already is full and taking the day to day abuse with no problems at all. I have already found two other places within the organization where this compact but versatile unit will work out well.
