Staples file cabinet

We needed additional filing cabinets as we are a company that has not yet gone fully digital. We have been pleased with our 4 drawer HON cabinets and were originally looking to match them. Upon making a store visit it was discovered that the Staples cabinets looked similar to the HON cabinets but at a reduced cost. Upon inquiring with the sales consultant at Staples he explained they were similar and that he has had no complaints from other customers who were in the same situation. We have been using the cabinets for two months with no complaints. Drawers open and close smoothly and the appearance blends in with our other cabinets.

Black Vertical 4 drawer File cabinet

As this is a recent purchase I am unable to tell how well this will work for me so didn't give a 5 star rating at this time. It seems to be of good quality and hope that I will find it to suit my purpose. By its appearance I am sure it will do the job.

We received this cabinet and its perfect. Holds letter sized files. We also like that it is a locked cabinet as we have confidential files. We would recommend this cabinet

Good quality Cabinet

The cabinet is excellent quality. Exactly what I expected. The only disappointment is the folder guide is kind of cheap and not as nice as my older cabinet's folder guide. The older one is installed within each drawer with an adjustable sliding ability to accommodate any width. It does not need to be taken out and reinserted as with the new cabinet.

File cabinets

The two file cabinets we purchased fits or needs to organize our personal information as well as my consulting business. I like the roller action of the drawers that allows smooth quiet operation along with the high sides that allows hanging folders to directly fit without having to purchase and assemble a folder cage like we had in our previous file cabinet. The locking system is very much an attractive benefit to assure security of the information contained within them. The Putty color looks magnificent and the finish was unblemished over the entire cabinet. One more comment for the Staples organization is that I was totally impressed with the way in which two stores worked together to get the two cabinets I needed. The store I fist visited was along Rt. 248 near Nazareth PA. They only had one file cabinet however the store manager called the Staples store in Easton PA on William Penn Highway about five miles away that had it in stock as well. The convenience for me is that the fist store rang-up my purchase for the two cabinets and all I had to do was drive down the road and pick up the second one. The store manager at the Easton Staples store was very helpful as well and assisted in placing that cabinet in my SUV. Very nicely done Staples! The only regret we have is that when we purchase the cabinets we had no coupons from Stables. So two days later as fate has it I received a 20% discount coupon by email. I guess timing is everything.

Sturdy

I bought this because it was sturdy and the size was perfect for my needs. I chose this height file cabinet in order to set a printer on it making it easly accessable from my desk. The drawers are long and hold more than the one it replaced. It is also much sturdier.
