The files were light and easy to move through the house. They fit perfectly in a closet out of the way. A very inexpensive way to create lots of storage.

Product damaged but not the box

Recently your firm delivered a 4 drawer file cabinet to my in-laws residence. After opening the box containing the cabinet we found that the cabinet was extremely dented and damaged yet the box had no sign of any damage? While you replaced the cabinet the next day I just wondered . . . was the cabinet damaged at the plant and then boxed that way????? Just curious

First delivery of this cabinet - it was completely dented in - like it had been dropped several times from a high floor. But return was quick and new one that came was in perfect shape.

It is nice however many years back I purchased a HON brand - iknow it is more expensive and that is more heavy. So I am happy with product- however I did not realize it is much lighter than HON.
