OK but not great

The first file cabinet was badly damaged in shipping and unusable. I had to order a new one which was sent in a timely manor but also had some minor damage. As it was usable I just kept it but wasn't overly pleased. The damaged cabinet has yet to be picked up from my office after a month. I've sent several emails and called and been promised twice a pickup date and it still sits in my hallway. Generally pretty poor service.

Cabinet works perfectly. Not dents or dings. Like the larger size over the 15" wide cabinet. Drawer rollers are heavy duty.

Terrific Value for the price.

To be fair I must say that I purchased this item on sale but for what I paid it is a terrific value. The cabinet is sturdy and does not shake or wobble any differently than the old tank I have had for many many years. It is a little more lightweight than older models but is sturdy nonetheless. Drawers are already setup for hanging file folders as the sides of the drawers are the slides for the hanging folders. I would buy another one if I had the need for it without reservations.
