We ordered the file cabinet on 7/20 and it was delivered the next day (7/21) to our front door with no shipping charge...I'm impressed!!!

Exceeded expectations

Every aspect of this order has exceeded our expectations. Delivered within a day or two of ordering it; not a single scratch or dent and the drawers glide smoothly and effortlessly although I have them almost at capacity. We couldn't be more pleased!

Great file cabinet very practical. Especially appreciated the speed of delivery and having it placed inside the house.

Product Fine - Delivery less So
on July 24, 2016

Our 4 drawer file cabinet arrived on time and is as promised so count me satisfied in that regard but the actual delivery was problematic. The delivery service used by Staples (Prestige) quietly dropped off the cabinet in its packing carton in our garage and vamoosed. No one rang the doorbell. No one knocked on the door. Our dog didn't bark. For something of this size and weight I would have expected them to at least bring it into the house.
