We ordered 2 and the carrier's truck left the dock without them. After that it was a nightmare to find out when/where they were. One arrived 3 days late the other arrived 5 days late. In both cases they were just left outside the door without anyone requiring a signature - a "feature" we never asked for. In the second case the delivery person seemed to have an attitude about going up the wrong stairwell - an easily avoided problem if they'd have gone up to verify which apartment *before* carrying the item up to the 3rd floor. Both items have a single ding in the metal they are still functional but we paid for new items... not "99% new".

We are very pleased with our four drawer file cabinet. It is definitely commercial quality and it is exactly what we were looking for

My staples commercial for file drawer vertical file cabinet is perfect and arrived overnight. It comes with a screw wall anchor heavy washer and a spacer along with two keys. Smooth opening drawers and easy drawer removal (follow instructions). My cabinet arrived in a cardboard box with reinforced corners no damage however that’s a big piece of cardboard. I highly recommend this product for home or office.

Out of the box the top corner of the cabinet is pushed in and dented. The box didn't show damage. On the first day the spring came out of the lock latch and had to be repaired. Fortunately someone in our office was able to work the drawer open and fix the spring. Not impressed with purchase.
