dent

The file cabinet is fine but it arrived with a dent. Small and doesn't affect operation but when you buy something new you expect it to be without dents. Too much of a hassle to return it but I am disappointed.

Great filing cabinet great service but once I unwrapped and set it up I realized the key wasn't included to use on the locks corresponding to each drawer!

I am very satisfied with the filing cabinet. I especially like the fact that the racks are no longer need to hang file folders. I have had them in the past and they are a pain.

good not great

lockable and well made but came damaged though didn't affect how it worked. No damage was seen on the packing/packaging. product is worth the price but the next model up would be best. Shipping though was a series of promised dates. If you take time off for a delivery....suggest going elsewhere.

Good cabinet

This is a very good quality product. And ours arrived with NO dents. Only problem is that I was not able to remove the top drawer in order to anchor it to the wall even with help from the friendly person at Customer Support. Have learned that this is a common problem because of the cheap plastic clips on the sides of the drawers. Other than this very satisfied...and I do not usually do reviews.
