The product was delivered next day. However I had called the store and asked if the drawers fully extendable. They did not know and I was given the number to call the warehouse. The person I spoke with there said that the drawers opened all but 3/4 of an inch. When I received it the DRAWERS WERE NOT FULLY EXTENDABLE and about 4 inches of the depth will be inaccessible when the drawer is full of files.
