The only trick was getting it up the stairs. Borrowed dolly worked well.

Excellent file cabinet. Sturdy. Fits in a closet sideways since deeper than other file cabinets. Also when the third party delivery person just dropped off the box/cabinet on my porch and did not wait to use hand truck to move it in I called Staples to complain. The matter was resolved within 20 minutes--delivery person was called to come back and deliver into my home. .

Arrived promptly and undamaged. No assembly required. The ball bearings make it very easy to use. One drawer was a little funky at first and wouldn't open but we made a small adjustment and it has been perfect since then.

Like the way it can be hidden behind closet doors. The drawers are smooth in opening and closing. Seems sturdy enough for regular home use.

Overall best file cabinet I've used outside of professional grade cabinets.

The cabinet is sturdy attractive and generous drawer space for the price. I positioned and loaded the cabinets before I realized that one of the drawers stuck and I had to position myself in front of the drawer and work the opening mechanism just right to open it. At this point I didn't relish the return process. I'm small and have to do all of the lugging by myself. I eventually devised a hack that kept the drawer from closing 100% although it appears closed. This is fine as long as I don't need to lock the cabinet which I rarely do. With the hack in place the faulty drawer does open and close smoothly as do the other 3 drawers.
