This is the exact same filing cabinet i purchased 5 years ago— except it isn’t! The price is higher but the product is flimsy and not as deep as the previous cabinet so it will store fewer files. Also the drawers creak and catch when not filled heavy enough to weigh them down. Not happy with this but it’s too annoying to return so you got me. Congrats.

I purchased this file cabinet after advice from salesperson. It is a mid range price but decent quality and locks. It meets my small business needs.

It is a pretty basic file the functions like it is supposed to. The metal knob that allows you to open the cabinet on both top and bottom are a little flimsy looking. The file hangers themselves move nicely enough.

Purchased this cabinet to solve a file storage problem. Having filled all avialiable storage we needed immediate added capacity. A trip to staples and problem solved. We also purchased the file wheel dolly to facilitate moving the unit next to othey nor storage to permit smooth strain free transfers to the new storage unit. Tyhe starge cabinet is great the dolly wheels may not be up to the task. Time will tell. If I have to change out the casters that isn’t any big deal.

This file cabinet was great at the sale price because it is sturdily constructed and offers just enough room for home filing without taking up too much space. It’s substantial well made and looks good. I’m sure it will last and do its job for many years to come.
