Good but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice compact and practical footrest. It definitely supports my feet and legs (improving my posture) when sitting at my desk for long periods of time. Although I appreciate that it's lightweight the material seems cheap. I have only had the footrest about a week and can't attest to how long it'll hold up long term It has grips that feel nice on bare feet or with socks on and it's really easy to adjust to fit the angle of where I need it to be.

Nearly perfect footrest

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening my package my husband and I were both impressed. The footrest looked elite compared to ones we previously used. This one was satisfactorily big enough for even my husband's feet. It also moved up and down to allow some flexibility to ankles. The bumps on top provide good sensory input to stay awake. The one downside is that if you're sitting back and having your ankles on the slant close to the floor then the footrest slides on tile and hardwood. It would probably not slip on carpet. It does not slip if your feet are directly on top of the footrest. Ultimately this is a nearly perfect footrest for your office!

Comfortable support that encourages better posture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ergonomic foot rest has been a great addition to my home office setup. It’s helped me sit more upright engage my core and stay a little more mindful of my posture while working. I really like how compact it is — it tucks nicely under my desk and I can easily shift my feet off when I need a change. The foot rest height does feel a bit high at times. For reference I am 6'1" and can’t adjust my chair any higher so it might not be an issue for others. Still it’s something I use on and off throughout the day and would definitely recommend to others looking to make their workspace more comfortable.

Ergonomic Foot Rest

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got this foot rest I wasn’t expecting much help with posture I was really hoping to help stretch my legs and move the position more. My desk has very limited space underneath and I can’t always stretch my legs out this foot rest let me comfortably rest my feet and legs normal on an incline as well as resting my ankles on it on a decline. This foot rest fit perfectly under my desk and I have very little space for things under my desk. The foot rest also raises and lowers very easily so if you have more space or need it for leg support it can easily be done. I think the design of the foot rest is people with shoes but I work barefoot a lot more and still found the top of the foot rest very comfortable even using it to massage the top of my arches. Overall this is a great design and size for an under the desk foot rest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Staples Ergonomic foot rest is a great addition to my work from home setup and my home in general. This is a very simple and straight forward foot rest that just unfolds and is placed on the floor in front of me. This allows me to sit more upright and have my feet and legs set at a more comfortable position and angle. I have noticed my lower back feels better at the end of the day than before I started using this foot rest during work. It is very lightweight so I can move it around my home as wanted as I enjoy using this while watching TV as well. I like that the top adjusts by simply shifting the weight of my feet to change the angle to improve my comfort level. The bumps add a nice feel for when putting my feet directly without shoes or socks. It provides a little massage like feel for my feet. They also help keep my feet in place without slipping throughout the day. The angle adjusting also allows me to stretch my calves and my ankles throughout the day. The simple black color is easy to match my decor and looks high quality. This blends in well under my desk. My only issue is this is not the easiest to raise higher and lower to adjust the height. The instructions on the bottom part is extremely hard to read and this took me multiple tries to understand how to adjust it. The good thing is if you don't move it around the height adjustment is not a big deal. Overall this is a great addition to my day. It helps to keep my legs hips and feet comfortable throughout the day. It looks good is lightweight and simple to use.
