I find it is necessary to stand in front of it to open or close. Cannot remain sitting at desk & open. Not as heavy or sturdy as I thought it would be.

Draw handles were fasten inside draw!

This was the second file cabinet I ordered actually this was a gift. Draws have to b pried open in order to get to handles so now the person I ordered this for has to unscrew them and fasten on to front hopefully they will fit properly. This is really unacceptable but to return would create a real hardship. Please advise

The worse of the worse! I purchased and the first one all the drawers fell! Thinking it was defective I called customer service and they quickly replaced. I received the replacement and it was worse! Such a disappointment!
