The drawer glides are inferior and the file drawers collapse off the nylon guide. I rectified the problem by putting shins behind the nylon guides and suggest strongly that the design revamped to accommodate my solution.

Use redwelds in both drawers. Holds a lot of documents like tax returns etc.

I purchased this in January 2019. Both drawers continually fall off the track and the drawer will open only about 5 inches or so. When that happens which is almost daily it is impossible to lock the cabinet. This was a total waste of my money. The only reason I gave it one star is that I couldn't write a review without a star.

File cabinet is nice but disappointed that you can only use about 2/3 the depth of the drawer because it doesn’t fully extend. Top drawer fell off it’s tracks at the 2nd time it was pulled out !!! File cabinet just does not meet expectations and does not meet requirements for file space. Get more drawers than you think you’ll need in order to accommodate space requirements.

The drawers came off the hinges as soon as hanging files were inserted. I returned the product.

I for the price I would recommend it. But I would add a file holder at the back of each drawer.
