Disappointed with this purchase because no key was included with the locking file cabinet. Called customer service and was given the manufacturer’s phone to call myself! I don’t think that I should have to track down a key for this purchase! Reluctantly I did call the manufacturer and left a voice mail ( no other option) and have not heard a word from them in 5 business days. Very disappointed with Staples!!

The file cabinet was dented when received but service agent resolved with adequate considerations and options. The product will serve the intended purpose.

Came slightly late due to Labor Day holiday. But staple truck delivered perfect condition unlike fedex experiences. I’d recommend.

The cabinet was damaged in shipment. The help of the Elkton Md store manager Mark. both during the sale and in resolving the damaged cabinet was spectacular! He should be commended for his actions.

Cabinet was fine but there were no screws included to install the drawer handles. Not a big enough deal to return the cabinet but irritating to have to find screws that would fit.

Perfect size for a small home office. Enough storage space without taking up too much floor space.
