[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this sander on an impulse while I was shopping for sandpaper for my current project (floating entertainment center with cherry). I wish I had bought it so much sooner. The selling point for me was the 20V Max platform as I already have other tools and I was growing tired of using extension cords. The weight is very balanced and is extremely easy to operate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I build drums and this sander is a great addition to the effort! Powerful, great battery life, not having to worry about where the cord is when sanding inside or outside makes things much easier! Great job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a while ago and just love it. The freedom of being able to use the sander anywhere makes it a winner. Not having to drag a power cord and an extension around makes it a winner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a small shop pro woodworker and I picked this up to add to my 20v max collection. The pad is super, and it works perfectly. I expect I will end up with one for every grit I run!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a metal frame of a swing and had wood I wanted to repurpose. I wanted to sand the wood for us to sit on and thus this purchase. The sander did an outstanding job smoothing the wood and giving it a consistent finish. It is easy to use, great battery life and it looks good to boot. This is my second Dewalt power tool and my want/need list continues to grow.

Dewalt knows sanders!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dont know what it is about Dewalt sanders, but I always come back for their orbitals (course and cordless). As I start to replace my older tools I've give away from just color matching and focus on now what I feel preforms best. Dewalt sanders just feel ergonomically superior, in addition to have the power no matter what does your on to detail beautiful wood. I've tried others and many feel too built for one hand, or feel like the orbiting patterns are useless. I haven't bought any other brand in the last 15 years, and plan on keeping this habit. Thank you Dewalt for creating such a useful, well developed tool!
