These buds are very good !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy buds 3 pro. They are slick and overall an improvement over the previous buds I have had. They stay in my ear easily and won't slip out. Sounds quality and noise cancelling is quite good my only complaint is sometimes the charging pins don't connect while in case, causing one bud to not charge.

Really love it but something...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I choose the Buds 3 Pro because I had the 2 Pro and absolutely loved them. The active noise cancellation on the 3 is a huge step up. While the sound quality is pretty much the same, the design is a real step back for me. The new stem is constantly getting in the way—whether I'm adjusting my hair or just trying to keep my hair out of my face. They just don't fit my ears nearly as well as the 2 Pro did. Overall, the quality is definitely there, but the fit is a letdown.

I chose to stay with the Galaxy line because I loved all the features they offer. My Galaxy Pro 3s are fantastic! I love the noise canceling an Ambient sound. They charge quickly and hold their charge for a very long time. I love how they stay in my ear when I'm active. Great product all the way around

This model is the absolute worst.
Call quality sucks

The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come equipped with intelligent noise control, immersive audio, and seamless connectivity with Galaxy devices. We understand that it can be frustrating when call quality, charging alignment, and battery life don't meet your expectations, especially compared to your previous Samsung earbuds.
To improve charging, clean the metal contact pins on both the earbuds and the inside of the charging case using a dry cotton swab or an alcohol wipe. Additionally, gently pressing the earbuds down to click them firmly into place can help ensure they connect properly.
For better call quality, open your phone's Bluetooth settings, tap the settings icon next to your Galaxy Buds3 Pro, and make sure that Super Wideband Speech is enabled for enhanced call processing.
To extend the battery life, please note that features such as continuous Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), LED lights, and high-resolution audio (UHQ) can drain the batteries more quickly. Check the Galaxy Wearable app to install any available software updates, turn off unnecessary earbud LED lights, and consider lowering ANC settings or switching to adaptive mode to conserve power.

Great, if your ears are shaped oddly

Maybe it's my own ears, but these things don't stay in. I can't count how many times they've fallen out onto the floor and made a horrible, high-pitched noise that doesn't go away until they go back into their charger. They feel like garbage when they do they stay in. The sound is fine, but when the trash doesn't fit well in my ear, plenty of other sound gets in, so the noise-canceling feature, which might be quite effective, is rendered useless. And the controls to pause or adjust volume are bad. Try to turn the volume up and you'll probably stop what you're listening to. Try to pause something and nothing happens at all. The pinch feature is straight-up trash. I wish Jabra still made earbuds
