Great Sound Quality & Battery Life

I use these buds everyday for listening to music and watching YouTube videos. The noise canceling features work great and it is helpful to be able to hear noises around me while on walks and working in the yard.

Buds paired perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My buds 3 pro have been excellent in my usage on a weekly basis. They paired easily with my Galaxy S25 ultra and for the most part stay in my ear comfortably while running. The swipe of the stem for volume change is easy.

Battery life in this product is disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While these earbuds are quite comfortable, I have found the battery life to be somewhat underwhelming. My experience with this product has been a bit frustrating, as I need to charge them every three hours, despite the advertised 24-hour battery life. Furthermore, I have encountered an issue where the right earbud occasionally stops functioning and fails to charge. It is also worth noting that updating this product necessitates both earbuds being fully charged and inserted, which can be inconvenient.

Also, adjusting your notification settings through the Galaxy Wearable app on Android or the Galaxy Buds app on iOS can enhance your experience. If you're using a wireless charger, just double-check that the case is positioned correctly and that there’s no debris on the charging contacts. Keeping everything clean and in good condition really makes a difference. Samsung products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
