Great Sound, Terrible Sensor

I've been using Samsung earbuds for six months. The sound quality is decent, but not impressive — it's on par with most other premium models on the market.
The main reason for the low rating is the unreliable wear detection sensor. As a result, noise cancellation works inconsistently, even when the earbuds are properly and snugly fitted. I have a standard ear shape and the fit is secure, but the system still behaves unpredictably.
I've used both Chinese brands and in the past, and never had this kind of issue. Very disappointing — I expected better from Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great quality, a few minor gripes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the buds overall. They have great, premium build quality and all of the features work really well. I especially love having access to Galaxy AI on all my devices.
The 3 things I wish were a bit better:
1) I wish the buds were not rotated in the case. When you take them out, you need to turn them around before putting them in your ear.
2) whenever I take the buds out of my ears, I have to be especially careful how I grab them because often I will accidentally press the button which will play/pause my media. If I hold them from the earbud part instead of the stem, then I will end up blocking the sensors which will make them think they are in my ear, which will turn the noise cancelling on again or something.
3) I wish there was multi-device connecting. I'd love to connect them to my laptop and my phone and have it automatically switch from the laptop to my phone when I get a call, or have a gesture on the buds to quickly switch between 2 devices.

The Buds3 Pro comes with different-sized ear tips, so it’s important to find the right size for your ears. A snug fit helps eliminate sound leaks and enhances audio quality. If you need guidance on how to change the tips, we have a helpful guide just for that. Once you have the right tips on, make sure to check the directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds—look for the "L" and "R." Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and do the same for the L bud on the left. A little adjustment by rotating them can really help to find that perfect fit. Also, if you want to double-check the fit, you can run an earbud fit test using the Galaxy Wearable app! As for wind, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro include an innovative wind shield that provides exceptional sound clarity even in gusty conditions. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used different editions of galaxy buds, but none of them hit like this edition. I love it, even if I struggled with the tip at first. The noise cancelation is the best I have used compared to other ear buds I have tried. I recommend this product as a must have.
