Hard to use

Buds are very difficult to use. They are not functioning. The box came with limited directions. I have to search the internet to figure out how to use them. And every time I touch them, something different happens.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Buds have been great so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buds have been great from a functionality standpoint. The only area they have seemed to lack is on battery for the buds themselves. The overall battery life with the case is descent but it seems I have ro charge the buds after 2 hours of use, which significantly limits the amount I can use them consecutively.

I would love these if they charged correctly. I have to spend a long time fiddling with them ao they make contact in th3 case to charge. It is really frustrating and drives me crazy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

However, it looks like you've faced some challenges when it comes to charging them. We understand how frustrating this must be, but we're here to help. Please ensure you're using an approved charger. When charging, use the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter (sold separately). Also, please make sure the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds themselves are clean and free of debris. If the earbuds still do not charge, check both the case and the earbuds for any damage, as damaged earbuds will not charge. Keep in mind that if one earbud is damaged, the other earbud may still charge. For your peace of mind, Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. Additionally, you can add extra coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which provides extended protection and additional support. If you continue to experience this, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can further assist you. -Kelvin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have the galaxy bud pro 3's.I've got 3 other products from samsung earbud related and I love all of them but these are different! The live translator is crazy, im watching the spanish channel just to see if it works. The sound quality is excellent, there's a feature that keeps the music centralized to your head movement like for real...Buy them you won't regret it everyday I've had them I've learned something new that the do.
