Not functions properly

Does not charge the left ear buds, and some times the right ear buds. Looks like the alignment of the charging case with buds is wrong. Cannot use it. Also the batter dies so fast.

To conserve battery power, be sure to make sure to keep the earbuds in the charging case with the cover closed when not in use, and adjust the notification settings through the Galaxy Wearable app if you're on a connected phone, or in the Galaxy Buds app for iOS users. Can not get good fit with any of the included cushions, all show poor fit. Earbuds do not stay in as good as earbuds 2 pro. Like answering calls with voice commands.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, David. It's awesome to see that you've been using the voice commands to answer phone calls! You can also use other voice commands for music and volume control. For example, you can say “Play music,” “Stop music,” “Next song,” or “Previous song” to manage your playback. To adjust the volume, simply say “Volume up” or “Volume down.” We understand that in order to have the best experience with any earbuds, fit is crucial. We see that you have already tried the additional bud tips. We recommend checking the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will find an 'L' for the left ear and an 'R' for the right ear. Insert the right bud (R) into your right ear with the 'R' facing you. Similarly, insert the left bud (L) into your left ear with the 'L' facing you. Angle the microphone, located on the bottom of the bud, slightly towards your mouth instead of pointing straight down. Also, be sure to adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until they fit comfortably. You can run an earbud fit test to ensure you have the proper fit. Love the quality of these!!

I love everything about these earbuds. They sound great, the battery lasts a long time, the noise cancelling is amazing.
The only thing that is a little odd for me is something that is purely my preference, the stem being triangle doesn't allow the buds to easily slip into the case without making sure they are facing the exact right way. The rounded stems on my previous pair allowed the buds to just slide in and turn to fit the case without a second thought. And I am still not use to the direction of the buds in the case being turned around.
Again, these are really just more of a preference because I was so use to using AirPods in the past. But overall, I am very happy with my switch to the Samsung Buds3 Pro.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Even the smallest attachments don't feel good in my ear. They tend to fall off can't be too far away from my cell or music will stop playing. If I need to hurry up and turn off music I need to push not just tap to stop it! I liked my other headphones way more!

The bud tips fit so they make sure there’s no gap between your ear and the ear tip to avoid sound leaks and enjoy the best audio quality. If you need help changing the tips, we do have a guide available. Once you have the tips on, just insert the right bud with the "R" facing you and the left bud with the "L" facing you. Angle the earbuds a bit so the microphone points toward your mouth for better clarity. Don't forget to run the earbud fit test to ensure they fit snugly. Excellent with qualifications

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this with my S25+ and definitely appreciate the build quality and finish over previous generations. The fit is not ideal for my ears so I still prefer my Buds2 Pro l in that regard, but the controls on the 3 Pro are miles ahead. Sound quality is fantastic and noise canceling will drown out more than enough to let you enjoy anything from quiet movies to heavy metal without everything getting drowned out. I don't know it Galaxy AI has much impact on the experience for me, but the features are there so you can experiment to find little hacks and shortcuts it provides to make things smoother.
