To ensure they connect and charge properly, make sure to insert them correctly into the case, with the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case properly touching. Verify that the charger is firmly connected to the case. If the contacts are dirty, clean them with a dry cloth and try charging again. This product is amazing for calls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased these buds for work purposes and it goes beyond meeting expectations, the call quality, the sound and comfort went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this product and being able to use AI with translation is a plus.

My old Buds 2 perform better or just as good as these, especially for noise canceling. Somewhat prone to falling out despite changing and positioning numerous ways.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If it's more about the fit, we can help. Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different-sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. If you need instructions for changing the tips, check out our guide for the Buds3 Pro tips (linked below). Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. Faulty product

I'm so upset about these. Only reason I got these was because my buds2pro finally conked out. I only got these like 2/3 weeks ago and this past week one fell out of my ear while walking and it fell down into a grate. I've never had a problem with buds falling out. I feel like this is a faulty product. It also smelled bad, like chemicals. Such a waste of money.

The first step is to ensure you have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit snugly so there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. Once you have the correct tips on your buds:
- Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R.
