This product has problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off the buds are extremely easy to lose to never find again. Once the lid closes there is no link period. I've lost several times and luckily they turned up. The galaxy Ai translator works great with the buds. My buds often have feedback screeches and it seriously hurts the ears.

Feedback sounds might result from covering the sub-microphone. When features like Active Noise Canceling (ANC), Adaptive Sound, or Ambient Sound are active, the outside sub-microphone may play incoming sounds through the speaker. Adjusting, removing, or placing the earbuds in your ears may cause a beeping or howling noise, especially if the sub-microphone is unintentionally blocked. These are the greatest earbuds I've ever owned.

If I want to use the Galaxy AI feature it's super easy to talk to through the buds, they stay in tight no matter what I'm doing. Highly recommend for just about any purpose!

So the find my earbud never works no matter how close I am I can literally tap the earbud with my phone and it doesn't do anything also the live translate doesn't work with s23+ apparently my phone is to old

Great Sound, Poor Battery and Charging Failures

They do sound great. I can't complain with this.
Battery drains in a couple hours, not enough for a 3.5hr flight - though the noise cancellation works well, also.
The left bud, more frequent than not, is at zero percent when I take them out of the case, while the right is consistently at 100%.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
