Not bad bad but not great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Man, I wish I'd waited for the second version. The first one's so glitchy. Sometimes one earbud disconnects from the other, which is super annoying, and other times one charges while the other doesn't.

If you find that your earbuds are not charging properly, please note that Samsung products are covered by a limited 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. One minute you hear nothing but your music, then you speak and you can hear everything around you like you're not wearing earbuds at all!

Excellent Buds 3 pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been using the Galaxy buds3 pro for almost a year. The new Galaxy AI has been great in improving the audio specifically in noise cancelation. My favorite feature is the easy to use swipe and touch controls to control media, makes it a very nice quality of life feature.

Best Ear Buds I've Ever Used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the fourth set of wireless earbuds that I've owned, on top of the maybe 4 or so wired buds I had previously.
These are markedly better than any previous set I've personally owned (including the Buds2), as well as the 2nd generation Airpods.
The range in fidelity is amazing; the features related to the Galaxy AI ecosystem are equal parts well considered, as they are incredible to use (special points given to the real time translator).
Also, they are a notable improvement over the last design, which while stylish, lacked the stability to stay in ear all day. Lastly, I've found myself in a much different working environment then the one I had previously, and can say categorically that these are incredibly durable (surviving dozens of drops, direct exposure to standing water, being dropped as a set [case and both buds within], and ended up at the bottom of seats, stacks of equipment, and a turkey platter fresh from the oven on Thanksgiving).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these Buds a few months back and I'm very pleased with them, the sound quality is great whether you're watching videos or listening to music. Where this product really shines is during calls, the mic is amazing with a crystal clear connection that makes using them an genuinely pleasant experience everytime! I'm very much looking forward to the Samsung Buds 4 Pro to see what's in store next!

These earbuds are Truly Something Else!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these earbuds to listen to music everywhere I possibly can and man I LOVE IT. These earbuds are so flawless. I love the noise cancellation. I love the Galaxy AI features it has and how compatible it is with my S25 Ultra. I am very satisfied with these buds and I always feel like a cool person wearing them. They have such personality to them and I love it. I am grateful to have these buds and forever happy I invested into them.
