Definitely missed the mark

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You hade the chance to really be light years ahead of the competition, but instead you just made a crap product and duped millions of us into buying it. I have cheap ear buds that have way more run time than these do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The samsung galaxy earbuds 3 pro, are the ones to have for earbuds and the Galaxy AI feature is awesome to have with it. The sound is clear and since I have the phone, i have to get the earbuds for the samsung eco system. I really recommend these ear buds to everyone and now I will be getting the 4 pro, that just came out. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Bud 3 pro is a very useful for listening so music podcast, videos, phone calls etc. The buds maker a lot easier and more interactive.When using a galaxy aI on the phone itself. I love the light feature for partying, but I wish I was able to turn it off and on with the app. Grief, product overall five star reading in my book.Average samsung galaxy lover.

Microphone doesn't work during calls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI works great with these headphones. And I love the accessibility and sound of these buds.
But ever since I received them, the microphone during calls does not work fully. It's either choppy, quiet, or does not work at all.
This is my second pair to verify, and the both were the same, I tried filing a warranty claim, but my fault, i do not have the receipt so I still need to pay the repair cost.

Product is perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Theses buds Pro have been amazing. They fit snug into your ear and come with 3 different size ear tips so you can adjust on how you want them.
The hand controls are a bit tricky with the different gestures but once you get the hang of it they work great. The range on them is pretty great in an open area but I have noticed it gets spotty faster with different rooms.
The Galaxy AI feature is compatible with this product since you will hear the voice directly through the earpiece.
I would suggest getting the Wearable App to go with them so you can adjust the settings and different features to fit your lifestyle. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone.
