Genuinely, the best phone call quality. No compare

Better than expected.

The buds 3 Pro not only have amazing quality, but the Ambient/Noise Cancellation went above and beyond expectations. Glad to have made the change and definitely looking forward to future devices!

Amazing product with small critique

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this product. The only reason im giving it 4 stars is mostly my preference. 1. I wish it had more gestures you could use other than turning up and down the volume. On the previous headphones I could answer phone calls and so much more from my head phones and these didnt have that feature (that I know of) and 2. I wish there was a way to find my ear buds if they are in the case. If I misplace my case and the case is closed there is no way to find my ear buds. Other than that love them!

Buds 3 pro is amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used a lot of headphones—cheap ones, and even some decent mid-range earbuds—but none have felt like these. They’re honestly the best I’ve used so far. The only downside is that they don’t stay in place perfectly over time, though that may be improved in newer models. Overall, they’re exceptional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds overall are amazing! Great sound quality, great look, and comfortable to wear. I rated them a 4 star because they tend to fall out of my ear pretty often after wearing them for about 30 mins.

Best buds I've owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love if i set one down and forget where I put it, I can make them ring to find them. They have great sound. You can use the noise canceling or you can amplify the background noise which is great if you wear them while driving. They fit way better than the last series. 10/10 recommend

Great Headset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This headset is fantastic for Working Out. I use them at the Track when I 🏃♂️ run. The fact that the buds are water proof really comes in handy, as by the end of my Track Workout I'm usually a sweaty mess.
I really like the feature that you can set if you start talking to someone. It's great not to reach to touch my buds to stop the music when someone starts talking to me at the gym. Though I wish they would stop the music altogether until you're done speaking. But lowering the music does come in handy.
I do wish the Lights Feature would be a lot easier to turn on and off. Have not seen anyone else with Lighted Ear Buds.

Initially I did have a charging issue, which I had to send them back to Samsung for. Now they charge better, but I still get occasional error on phone saying they are not charging.
Overall, I'm very happy with my Buds3Pro.
