Great sound and comfort

Amazing earbuds with issues that you can't ignore

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these earbuds. they are comfy, like, really comfy. I forget they they're in my ears. The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro sounds incredible! paired with my Galaxy S24, the sound is so good! the bass surprises me every time. the battery life lasts a long time, and with the case I could make these last a whole day at work. These are really nice looking earbuds too! they've had their share of use. I've been using them for a over a year. there's almost no damage, and the battery still holds up very well. the ability to instantly switch the buds between devices is amazing. just start playing audio on my other Samsung device, and it instantly switches to the other device. super useful!
for the negatives, there's really only one. the noise cancellation. when I first got the earbuds, the noise cancellation was so good! but then, I updated the earbuds. that silly software update that forever ruined my earbuds. many people have experienced the same issue. the software update came, and now ANC does... nothing.
literally I don't even know why it's on there because right now it blocks, maybe 5 percent of noise?
and it all happened after the update.
beyond that, I love these earbuds!!

Good sound bad design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As much as I like that they're trying new things i personally think these are very ugly. The glossy silver reminds me of old cell phones and the stems are dumb looking. The sound quality is really nice though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I literally was trying to figure out everything I could do working at the job I did to speak to my customers because they all spoke different language than I did. Then the Galaxy buds 3 Pro came out with the Galaxy AI live Translate which was a game changer I was able to speak to and understand the customers. I absolutely love the sound quality and the Adaptive noise cancellation the voice detection everything honestly I have literally gotten to the point where I use them on a daily basis all the way through my day. These buds were seriously the best investment I ever made. And I love the fact that I don't have to touch them all the time I can just use voice control which definitely helps with the line of work that I'm in now. I absolutely love these things and strongly suggest investing in them

They are great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my buds 3 pro. The design is slick 👌. The noise canceling function js the best part for me. I am able to lock into my work when I have them in. The only issue I have is if I'm in the gym where I'm sweaty and my ears become sweaty, the buds tend to slip away. Also, the location function is not the greatest. I lost the right ear in November 2025, and I used the location finder but it wasn't as specific as I would have hoped for. Well, I lost that earbud so I only use one now.
