This product has great sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has great sound quality and it has easy access to answer phone calls and change the song you are listening to with a click of a button. With Galaxy AI I can open any music steaming app and automatically hear the music I like. Its a great product.

High-noye eruption

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Samsung Galaxy phones from the S7 Edge until now and continue to do so. They're great devices for work in any environment. I just want to point out that people who use earbuds for long periods will experience uncomfortable moments when they detect high-pitched notes, such as metal clangs, as they generate some weird noises. Also, wearing them for extended periods, like 3-4 hours of watching videos or listening to music, causes humidity in the ear, which can lead to infection. I have no doubt that Samsung has advanced techniques that will upgrade these features sooner or later, but I hope it comes sooner. Can't wait to get Fold 8 and new buds. Love the AI but don't have the qualified device..so I'll pass that.
