Hey there Paa Kwesi, we appreciate your feedback on your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We are happy to hear you are overall pleased with your earbuds, and would love to help you troubleshoot the unusual sound that occurs when using the ANC feature of your earbuds. We have provided a linkto an article to help you with this feature, and recommend ensuring the microphone of your earbuds is not covered as this can cause a disruption to the sound. We have also provided a link to the Samsung Support Team if this experience continues or would like assistance with any of the features of your Samsung products. Thank you for being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth Use Active noise canceling on your Samsung earbuds https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00087243/ Samsung Support smsng.us/Samsung-Support Samsung Community smsng.us/Samsung-Community Facebook smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger X https://smsng.us/X-Messages
Experience has been lukewarm. The noise cancelling doesn't perform very well, the earbuds fit akwardly, the blades "Pinch" interface is horrendus.
They're very difficult to use and that's such a shame. Why can't we have the touch interface back again? Or at least make the button replace the useless lightbar. Put it somewhere easy to find and press.
When you pinch, the earbuds move and become less stable in the ear. You also miss the pinch control sweetspot half of the time. Battery performance seems okay, and thankfully I don't seem to have an allergic reaction anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I ended up returning the buds 3 pro due to a poor fit. I wanted to upgrade from my buds 2 pro but the buds 2 pro fit so much better, not sure if its the bean shape being better or the general shape of the new ones not fitting my ears. Everything else was great in terms of audio, ANC, and general performance.
