I absolutely adore the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. The quality is immaculate, and volume is never an issue when listening to music. The sound is immersive and realistic, and the functionality is straightforward.

Hi there James H, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We completely understand how important the ideal fit of your earbuds is to you every day during usage. We would love to help you with the fit of your earbuds, and have provided a link to an article to help you with the placement of your earbuds, and another to a video to change the ear tips of your buds for the best fit for you. We also recommend performing a fit test with your earbuds connected to the Samsung Wearables App. Lastly, we have provided a link to the Samsung Support Team if this experience continues or you have any questions about your Samsung products. Thank you for being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth

The Bud3 Pro are a dramatic improvement over the Bud2 pro. Sound quality is better and ease of use is greatly improved. Reference the 'squeeze the stem' instructions, you press the flat side and there is actually a flat button click you will feel and hear. Very pleased with my purchase and would do again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very good i think you get 5 hours not 6 of usage and when putting the in my ear there is some feedback initially (sometimes). Sound quality is very good, noise canceling is top notch, also ambient sound works very well. Action buttons are well placed and work well. I would recommend 🖖🏾
