I'd like to leave a good review but for a tech giant to release earbuds that cannot stay in your ear is absolutely unreal. Sound quality is good not great, and at this price point they are competing with the best.

We understand that finding the right fit is essential for optimal performance. Please remember that the earbuds come with different-sized ear tips. It’s important to select the right size to ensure there’s no gap between your ear and the ear tip, which helps avoid sound leaks and enhances audio quality. To get the best fit, check the directional marks on the earbuds; you’ll see an “L” for the left ear and an “R” for the right. Insert the R bud in your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud in your left ear with the L facing you. Adjust the earbuds by rotating them slightly forward or backward until they feel right. My favorite Samsung ear buds yet. The ambient (pass-through) sound is clear and doesn’t sound tinny compared to previous attempts. Noise canceling works great. I use them daily and I am very happy with them. No major complaints.

Battery life Sucks for Buds and Case

I bought these about 2 months ago, and the battery life for these are a joke. If you keep all the features off then you might be able to squeeze another 40 minutes or so of battery life but even then you will get maybe a max of 2 and half hours of charge in them compared to the buds 2 pro the battery life has been cut in half. Plus I have problems with the ear buds charging in the case and after charging the ear buds 2 times in the case the battery life in the case is completely drained. The features took some getting used to but they definitely are an approvement from the previous 2 versions but once again the battery life is absolutely horrible, even with all the features that turned off, now to address the microphones in these buds 3 pro, unless you have both in your ear then people can not hear you talk, I use my buds with one ear at a time to save battery life but during phone calls I have to turn Bluetooth off and talk through the phone or the person I am talking to cannot hear me. My bud 1 pros I hate to say had better battery life. I do not recommend .
