Touch controls and sound is great, however no matter what ear tips I use or position I put the buds in, they will not still in my ear for a decent amount of time. I went back to my buds2 pro.

Thank you for your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Dale! We’re glad to hear you appreciate the touch controls and sound quality, and we understand that a secure fit is essential for an optimal listening experience. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro comes with different sized ear tips, so it's important to ensure you have the right size for your ears—there should be no gap between your ear and the ear tip to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. If you need instructions for changing the tips, please check out our guide for the Buds3 Pro. Once you have the right tips on your buds, make sure to check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks (L and R) and insert them accordingly, with the R facing you in the right ear and the L facing you in the left ear. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone points toward your mouth, and feel free to adjust them by rotating them until the fit feels right. Additionally, you can use the earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. We hope these tips help enhance your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! After owning these buds for a couple of months, I officially can say that the design of these are awful. I've own the last 3 generation of buds and the design of these went backwards in my opinion. The biggest issue I have is that they do not stay in my ear. The control arm causes leverage and forces them to dislodge from the ear. Any type of moisture will cause them to just fall out. 20 minutes into use and they have to be adjusted every few minutes. These are a downgrade from my Bud 2 Pros but unfortunately I traded them in for these. I rarely had any issue with those headphones, even with use while exercising. The sound quality of the Bud 3 Pro are good. The touch control are a nice addition, but I'd prefer the simplistic tap controls if that means I can have a more secured fit in my ear. The left pod always has an issue charging. I have to adjust the seating inside the case. Cleaning the silicon tips are a pain. I have yet to be able to take the tips off because it feels like I have to rip them off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am enjoying my ear buds, my first generation buds still work but they sting my ears and always have the new version do not do that and are real comfortable.
I upgraded from the Buds Pro which I regret trading my Samsung In Ear Bean shaped buds for. The fit of the in ear bean shaped buds and sound was much better. These new Buds Pro3 have a really good fit, sound, and look. The only issue is when using the default video player the videos pause while switching and I have had to press I the stem to get sound to come through again. I also am curious as to how long the battery is supposed to last during use, they seem to drain a little quickly to me. Otherwise I really like them and enjoy yhis upgrade verses the last.
