Amazingly good

I bought this a month ago and I am so happy and satisfied with all the features it has to offer. One thing that stands out the most to me is the built in flashlight. It’s very useful in many ways.
Of course for water folks like me. Yes, this is the perfect watch for all kinds of water sports. I use this to record my paddling sessions. The hrm is precise as well as the GPS. I swim with this watch every other day.
Let’s not get started on the workout features. This watch is necessary for all the gym freaks. This watch does it all for you, LITERALLY! One click and it senses your workouts and counts the reps without having to manually punch in what exact workout is being done or how many reps being done. The fenix 9 is solid.

Miss the MIP display option 😢

I unfortunately wasn’t excited about upgrading from a 6s to this watch. I really miss the MIP display that would remain on with 11 day battery life. Now I only have 3 days of battery life with an “always on” display. If I change settings and turn OFF the “always on display”, then watch face doesn’t reliably turn on when I look at the time. Very frustrating to spend so much money for a downgrade, I definitely should have done more research but since the AMOLED screen is the only option on this watch I didn’t realize what I was getting.
The other functions seem to be identical to my Fenix 6s without significant differences.
