Awesome Fryer! Needs a couple adjustments to be perfect.

The Chefman Air Fryer is a pretty fantastic air fryer. We have had an InstaFryer for about a year so we have done some good comparison cooking across the two devices in the weeks since obtaining the Chefman. We love air frying, who doesn't love fried food, but it comes with a cost to your health. Air frying works so much better than baking and we love that we can enjoy many of those guilty pleasure foods without all the fat that comes with frying. The Chefman comes packed well, the box is looks great, and the item is well protected. It comes with a good deal of accessories including to frying trays, the fry basket, and a drip pan or just unvented cooking tray, but we use it for drippings. The basket and drip tray have the standard non-stick coating which cleans up very easily. The cook book is nice, it has some yummy recipes and its nice to have a place to start. The one suggestion I would make to the manufacturer would be to add a section for "Common Cook Times" or something. Our other fryer has an entire page for suggest cook times and temperatures for everything from whole chickens, thick cut fries, thin cut friends, chicken wings, veggies, etc. Sometimes it is nice to just have a point of reference for how long and at what temp it is supposed to cook. I know there are some preassigned buttons for cooking but "Veggies" does accurately cover thick cut fries vs zucchini sticks. Frying: This thing rocks. It fries good, food crisps up well and seems to have great airflow. Fries are AMAZING in the auto stir basket. I feel like they fry way better than the fry basket in our other fryer. The auto stirrer mixed them well and keeps them cooking evenly. Tortilla chips came out great too! See the pictures below. The one thing we did not like, the blower from the top is STRONG, light things like the tortillas (even coated with oil), blew around while they were on the cooking trays. This caused a bit of uneven cooking, we had to open up and rearrange a couple times. Baking: Works great as you would expect for a toaster over or the like. We only used this a couple times, but it functioned well, as expected, and heated up quickly, which always one of the pains of smaller ovens for us. In summary, this is a great air fryer and it works fantastic. It heats up quickly, cooks fast and is easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get into the air frying game or as a replacement for an existing one. Again, the auto stir basket is an awesome addition to the fryer and it keeps items in the basket cooking evenly. We will defiantly consider Chefman products for any of our future appliance and cooking needs.

More than an air fryer!!!

This thing is amazing and it is so much more than just an air fryer! It holds so much with its 6 liter capacity, and it does so many other things ...like baking and fruit dehydrating . I've cooked so much in this, including pizza! Which as a mom is wonderful to be able to toss in a pizza for a super quick and easy lunch. This machine will definitely not be just another dust collector on your counter, you can use it for every meal! I highly recommend it!

This air fry is the best thing I have ever received! Unfortunately the quarantine made me over indulge in bad foods but using the air fryer gets me the same results but better. I made chicken wings and it tasted amazing and was so crispy as if it was fried in oil!

An Airfryer like no other

While the size of this airfryer is a bit much for my smallish kitchen, the power behind it is worth it. Love the auto stir feature. Love the shelves which allows me to air fry multiple things at once.

I was surprised I would like the air fryer, as I don't like air fryers. But love that I was able to see my food cooking. And it cooked faster then my moms $200 air fryer . I haven't used the stirring feature yet but I feel that will be amazing as well. I can't wait to see this companies other products.

I'm absolutely obsessed with this air fryer! I love the different options of cooking tools, plus the cookbook is awesome. It's been an awfully warm May this year, so I'm very excited that this doesn't heat up the kitchen!!

I am OBSESSED with my Chefman Auto-Stir Air Fryer Oven! We had a regular air fryer and we're getting rid of it because this one is so much better! We can air fry everything, we can grill perfect steaks and burgers, and we don't have to stir anything which is AMAZING. This is the best new addition to our kitchen in a LONG time!
