Generally okay, but it has been difficult to get my information (documents, photos, etc.) from my old computer. I had believed everything would transfer, but, of course, I didn't know that it was only the items I had specifically sent to online storage that would move. So, after copying everything onto an external drive and pasting that into this computer, I can't get the information integrated. My email doesn't work, either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I bought the IdeaCentre I felt like getting an upgraded new car. It's always nice having a clean slate but I was able to bring over what I wanted courtesy on MS Onedrive and everything worked the first time (except facial recognition). The slightly different keyboard has been easy to work with as well.all the bells and whistles function well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen is a little taller than I expected and it is fixed. The audio was not clear and my clients had difficulty hearing me. The picture was also fuzzy. I improved the audio a little by unchecking a couple of boxes but with video I only had a wide angle view unless I chose an option that moved every time I breathed. Finally, my daughter bought a webcam for me and that took care of these issues although the camera angle is a bit higher than I wish it was.Also adjusting to Windows 11 and Microsoft Home 2024 is a transition especially with file explorer. I wish there was an easy tutorial. I don't like that One-drive transfers the files automatically. I'd rather drag and drop myself. Overall, even after all the above comments, it is working well so far. The sound and picture on my side are clear. I love that you can have a split screen.
