Got tired of Microsoft viruses and failure to maintain OS. Switched to chromebook and still learning system but fairly easym for 70 year old senior. Laptop is great quality for the money and I use it mostly for surfing and other necessities.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not made for the work I do on the weekends especially when I’m doing woodworking projects, welding projects or planning fishing trips. There’s really no apps that I can use for map charting and making designs for the projects that I need to do. I do like ASUS as a computer company, but I rather work with windows software instead of having Google Chrome as an operating system.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can without a doubt say, that while using my phone for the set-up of the laptop, was the easiest, most UN-complicating, fastest (less than 2 minutes) set-up of anything you can think of. All my information from my Google acct transferred in seconds. I have ALL my previous laptop bookmarks, and it was fantastic. And, I am extremely happy with the keyboard and everything else, so far.

All in all, this is a great Chromebook. This is my third one in about 15 years.
My biggest issues are these:
1) For the price and with modern tech, the screen should be touchscreen.
2) Again, for the price and with modern tech, the keys should have a back light option.
3) Once more, with modern tech and prices, this should have a micro SD card slot for extra memory.

The CX15 is a great laptop for working from home. It comes with tons of features that make it easy to create a smooth workflow. It's also super light weight which makes it easy to travel with.
