Unemployed currently, so having a personal laptop is extremely helpful. Do not have to spend days in a library applying for jobs, sending resumes, and checking emails. Have not had the opportunity to explore other features without paying for it. The wider screen is a very nice feature in what I do for my church as well.

This laptop has been a complete disappointment. It is very slow to load pages; FB, emails, etc. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone.

I've had an HP laptop in the past (which is still working as a streaming device only since 2016!). I switched to a Dell 4 years ago to take advantage of a special but was never really happy with it. I purchased this HP laptop recently and I am so happy! It is perfect for me, and I won't be switching to other makers again.
