Won't pair

It says that it is pairing to my phone but does not show up on the list to complete the pairing. I can't find any additional information to help with the pairing. The appearance and weight are lovely though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this product 2 weeks ago and have no complaints. The fact that its portable and easy to connect to are great. My teenage daughter loves having it in room at night the lights calm her to sleep.

Feels very light weight and looks pretty cool. I really like that you can turn the speaker and the lkghts one independently.

Even if ur volume is all the way down crank the middle button and then it’s like minimum volume in my opinion I think it is a very useful feature.
