The led lights don’t work at all. Used points from my dealership to purchase and now I have a bad speaker

Good portable speaker bar with balanced sound

I purchased this item through an employee rewards program.
The good: easy Bluetooth pairing, easy charging, lightweight, good bass for such a small soundbar. The sound balance is very good.
The not-as good: the volume is very, very low and the knob has to be turned nearly all the way to hear any difference. Also as a "soundbar" this cannot connect to a TV as it has no remote and only an AUX input.
